Our website collects no data without expressed user consent. The only data we collect with user consent is contact details offered up by the user on our contact page and in any booking forms present on the website.
Other than the basic contact information (name, contact email/number) the remainder is optional.
FixMyPC's website does not use cookies to track or store information.

When a user submits information on our site, their details are sent as an email to our enquiry/sales team. The information is only used to respond to a user’s website enquiry. When given express permission, the data may be input into a customer system booking an appointment with our technical team.

FixMyPC Group LTD retains all information offered by the user/customer during a check in or contact from the customer.
When a customer enters details into our enquiries form, the information is forwarded straight to our email system and is sent as an email to our enquiry/sales team.
Data may be input into a customer system upon the customers agreeance such as when booking in a machine for repair.
Data retained is kept for a maximum 2 years before being destroyed.

FixMyPC Group LTD is legally obligated to destroy data under the GDPR Data Protection laws when requested by the data owner.
To have data destroyed, please send a signed letter to the address on our contact page. If FixMyPC Group LTD has suspicion to believe the signed letter is not from the data owner, we have the right to refuse the data destruction request as a preventative measure against abuse of this system.
