FixMyPC Group LTD retains all information offered by the user/customer during a check in or contact from the customer.
When a customer enters details into our enquiries form, the information is forwarded straight to our email system and is sent as an email to our enquiry/sales team.
Data may be input into a customer system upon the customers agreeance such as when booking in a machine for repair.
Data retained is kept for a maximum 2 years before being destroyed.
